Every well-meaning Ebonyian must reject APC in totality.
First of all, the majority of those that are following the APC Ebonyi State are arguing that “what if they presented a credible candidate in 2019“?
Second of all, the majority of those supporting the APC Ebonyi State don’t even trust the stakeholders. Rather they claim they are not interested in party politics but a credible candidate.
Third of all, they are not disputing the fact that there are highly corrupt, Palacios politicians from the different political party and different political views/opinion ganging up to form APC Ebonyi State and that they are worst than Umahi.
The list is endless but let me quickly go directly to my today’s message.
I want you to pay close attention to the argument of those posting on Facebook showing their allegiance to APC in Ebonyi State; they have no faith in those stakeholders from different political backgrounds, rather they focus on projecting a credible candidate, this is called living in fool paradise. There is no reasonability in this type of argument, how can you not be concerned about those projecting the credible candidate who is being projected to win and secure their interest, there is no logic in that at all.
Let us take a look at Buhari (a credible candidate in 2015) and APC 3 years on, they came in 2015, projected Buhari claiming he has integrity. Of course, some gullible Nigerians bought the idea that Buhari is credible and would do magic, forgetting that the people projecting him are wolves in sheep clothes, they only wanted to take power away from Jonathan and nothing else, they used conspiracy theory to paint Jonathan black and white. Finally, they won the election; the rest is history.
Today, Ebonyi APC claims they want to project a credible candidate in the name of the former SSG Prof. Odoh, and my question is, what is credible about professor Odoh? He is just as greed as others, as desperate as his cronies. First, he was an aspirant under a different political party, after the election out of love for Ebonyi State Umahi made him SSG thinking he has something to offer to the development of the State; he abandoned his party, accept Umahi’s appointment, 3years on APC came and approached him, promised him, Governor, he resigned and claimed Umahi never listened to him. If someone can spend 3years, only to resign when promised and enticed with a bogus position, what is credible about such a person, he is not to be trusted. It is like Osinbajo coming out after 3 years with Buhari to say, Buhari never listened to me, so I am a credible man and for that, vote me for to become the President because I will do better than Buhari, he failed because he didn’t listen to me, who amongst you would vote him?
Today, 23 June 2018 at the Convention in Abuja the two factions of Ebonyi APC took their war to Abuja; we are still waiting to read an update of how many members received slap…
My fellow Ebonyians, we must resist, reject this gang-up by some desperate, failed and Palacios politicians chanting change in Ebonyi State.
