Malami v. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu SUBVERSIVE CAMPAIGN v. AGITATING FOR

Time to teach Malami critical thinking from the law perspective!

We demand Malami to correct his SUBVERSIVE CAMPAIGN claim about Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and give the action/ activities of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu an appropriate name/ word other than SUBVERSIVE CAMPAIGN against Nigeria State.

Malami with elementary law background should know there is difference between AGITATING FOR and SUBVERSIVE CAMPAIGN.

Mazi Nnmadi Kanu didn’t embark on SUBVERSIVE CAMPAIGN against Nigeria as Malami claimed.

What is SUBVERSIVE CAMPAIGN?

Subversive campaign meaning to OVERTHROW the Government and this is not what Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was campaigning for, so Malami have no case against Mazi Nmamdi Kanu.

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was agitating for self-determination of Biafra people, using Radio Biafra.

What is AGITATING FOR?

Meaning: To encourage and build support for a cause, especially by actively campaigning for it.

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s campaign was to stir up active support for Biafra Exit from Nigeria and not to OVERTHROW the government as Malami claimed.

So, urgently De-proscribe IPOB now and Free Mazi Nnamdi Kanu unconditionally, otherwise we will start banning anything Nigeria in Biafra territory and this will be step by step.
