We expected Buhari to announce sack of service chiefs in New Year address — Northern elders
Northern elders have expressed disappointment in the most disgraceful New Year message of President Muhammadu Buhari, saying the inability of the president to yield to the desire of Nigerians by announcing the sack of security chiefs over worsening security problems in the country despite the overwhelming calls by citizens to that effect was disappointing, thus making the message empty.
This was as it charged the president to immediately do the needful by not only announcing the appointment of new security heads but also ensuring that the new security management team was in line with Nigeria’s federal character principle.
Nothing good or serious is expected from the Northern Elders, they are dancing the same skelewo to the detriment of gullible and ignorant Nigerians who think that the North is concerned about the Jihad going on in Nigeria. Nigerians should be aware of Northern Elders, they are more dangerous than you can imagine. They are now out for campaign of calumny against the Presidency and this campaign is not genuine as they can never go against the Northern agenda, if you believe in these people, you are finished.
